1. At the exact moment new DNA is created it becomes the immediate private property of itself as the holder/beneficiary of the new DNA exclusively

 

2. Modern science confirms this new DNA to be its own life form unique to itself now identified as, known as, and referred to as Developmental Child, and any negative offense action or attack taken against it including, but not limited to, mistreatment, abuse of any kind, malnourishment, suffocation, beating, removal of any or all life support systems natural or artificial, will constitute as a breach against humanity and an illegal unprovoked attack against a citizen of planet earth and the United States and will be dealt with accordingly to the fullest extent of all applicable laws, State, Federal & International.

 

4. The United States Government will now assign and attach Social Security numbers to the DNA of each individual and will cease assigning to given names, said given name will now become the holder of their own DNA Social Security Trust Number.

 

5. All medical, dental, eye, emergency and all other covered procedures will be assigned to said DNA SSTN
